Abstract: A reusable shopping tote bag may be unfolded from a generally folded and flat state to an unfolded box structure defining a cavity in an open end. One or more lid members may be moved to close the open end of the cavity. At least a portion of a peripheral wall of the tote bag is semi-rigid or rigid to support the tote bag upright in an unfolded state. Internal panels within one or more walls of the tote bag may be used to provide the rigidity.

Abstract: A sports sock includes a sock body having a pocket located along an inside surface. The pocket is positioned along the front end of the sock at a location suitable for covering the shin bone of a sock wearer. The pocket includes an opening along the top end, and has a shape and size that conforms to a shin guard. A flap is positioned along one edge of the pocket opening for selectively allowing and preventing passage of the shin guard through the pocket opening.

Four folding swivel seats are mounted and arranged in an arcuate arrangement around the table wherein each folding swivel seat has a seat portion, a back and a center of the seat portion. Each folding swivel seat is a seat distance wherein the seat distance is at least 8 inches to no more than 24 inches. Adjacent folding swivel seats are separated by a distance from the center of adjacent folding swivel seats. Two folding swivel seats are separated from a projection of a table flat portion.

Abstract: A method and system for selling a fixed quantity of products (goods and/or services) during a fixed period of time is described. A first offer to sell the product is made to a community of buyers. Each sold unit of the product may be offered for resale until the fixed period of time expires. If the products are goods, once the fixed period of time expires, they are shipped to their current owners.

Abstract: A binding cutter for severing bindings such as wire, nylon or other tightly tensioned materials is disclosed. The cutter is provided with enclosed gripping and cutting portions supported within the jaws of the cutter. The outer faces of the jaws including camming surfaces extending from jaw tips to enable easy gripping of the wire to be cut, such that when the cutter is closed in the direction of the cutting action, the wire is urged up and away from the backing board into the concavity defined by the jaws and supported for gripping by gripping portions and cutting by cutting blades into the relatively small, confined concavity. The inventive apparatus thus is readily used for snaring tightly tensioned package bindings of most any material, and the bindings supported by the internal gripping portions are supported to enable a clean, severing cut.
