Abstract: A system and method of selectively coupling structural elements via at least one of: frictional engagement, chemical bonding, structural attachment techniques and/or other known and/or convenient coupling mechanism and/or methods. In some embodiments, wrapping elements can be introduced to standardize the dimensions of the ends of naturally occurring structural members, such as bamboo, to aid in construction.
