    Abstract: A hollow spherical container for use in randomly selecting lottery numbers may be formed from a transparent plastic material. The container may be formed by two hemispheres joined together by interfitting portions. A plurality of numbered elements are contained within the hollow sphere. These elements may be either numbered spherical balls or numbered cylindrical disks. An aperture in the container is provided for randomly dispensing the numbered elements. A mechanism for dispensing the numbered elements one at a time is provided.
