  • Patent number: 11850968
Abstract: A vehicle includes a traction battery and a cell monitor associated with battery cell strings each having associated connected battery cells. Each monitor is configured to generate a compressed encoded representation of the traction battery cell voltage measurements using artificial intelligence, such as a neural network. A battery controller in communication with each cell monitor receives the compressed encoded representation and generates reconstructed battery cell voltage measurements and controls the traction battery in response to the reconstructed traction battery cell voltage measurements. An unencoded battery cell voltage measurement may be communicated with the compressed encoded representation of the battery cell voltage measurements and used to validate the reconstructed measurements.

  • Patent number: 11854087
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, includes identifying, a set of insurance policyholders that have experienced water loss and a second set of insurance policyholders that have not experienced water loss. The method also includes determining an attribute indicative of increased likelihood of future water loss using a predictive model using a percentage of the first set of insurance policyholders defining a first sample size of the first set of insurance policyholders that is smaller relative to a percentage of the second set of insurance policyholders defining the second sample size of the second set of insurance policyholders. Further, the method includes identifying at least one targeted insurance policyholder having an increased likelihood of water loss, based upon the attribute and providing a water loss mitigation strategy to the at least one targeted insurance policyholder.

  • Publication number: 20230119066
Abstract: This disclosure provides isolated antibodies, for example, monoclonal antibodies, that specifically bind to the C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 8 (CCR8) expressed on the surface of a cell and mediate depletion of the CCR8-expressing cell by anti-body-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). The disclosure provides methods for treating a subject afflicted with a cancer comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-CCR8 antibody as monotherapy or in combination with an anti-cancer agent such as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, for example, an anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 antibody.

  • Patent number: 11440194
Abstract: A robot for physical human-robot interaction may include a number of sensors, a processor, a controller, an actuator, and a joint. The sensors may receive a corresponding number of sensor measurements. The processor may reduce a dimensionality of the number of sensor measurements based on temporal sparsity associated with the number of sensors and spatial sparsity associated with the number of sensors and generate an updated sensor measurement dataset. The processor may receive an action associated with a human involved in pHRI with the robot. The processor may generate a response for the robot based on the updated sensor measurement dataset and the action. The controller may implement the response via an actuator within a joint of the robot.
