  • Patent number: 9064012
Abstract: A web analytics system and method is provided. Generally, the system contains a collection element collecting browser information associated with a web page, wherein the browser information is collected into a string variable. A tag creation element creates a first tag and a second tag within the web page. A naming element names a tag source of the first tag with the string variable having the browser information. A record of the web page is established at the server, wherein a script is returned as the named tag source and arrives with an identifier for a visit or a visitor of the web page. At least a portion of the browser information is flushed to the server, wherein the portion of the collected browser information is initiated based on at least one of a length of the string variable and an elapsed time between at least two mouse movements.

  • Patent number: 8655804
Abstract: A system and method for determining a characteristic of an individual is provided. The method includes determining at least one nonconscious element of an interaction by the individual and correlating the at least one nonconscious element with at least one identifiable demographic characteristic of the individual. The system includes a computerized medium having a human interface system situated to facilitate interaction with the individual and produce a quantity of data corresponding to the interaction. A programmable device is in communication with the computerized medium and is situated to use at least a portion of the quantity of data corresponding to the interaction with the individual to determine at least one nonconscious element of the interaction with the individual. A correlation system is situated to correlate the at least one nonconscious element with at least one identifiable demographic characteristic and output a quantity of resulting information.

  • Patent number: 8195597
Abstract: The system contains an output device in communication with the programmable device. The output device produces output information from the programmable device to the individual. An input device is in communication with the programmable device. The individual communicates a responsive act to the programmable device through the input device. The responsive act will include at least one psychomotor behavioral element. A processor integral with the programmable device determines the preferred modalities of the individual based, at least partially, on the psychomotor behavioral element of the responsive act from the individual. The processor also determines a preferred combination of modalities and an ordering of modalities by preference thereby further defining a focus of the individual's attention. The combination and order of modalities is calculated by an equation: ?????((?Gi(?xi/?lt))/(?Gi(dxi/dti)))dGidti??(G).

  • Patent number: 7822783
Abstract: The present invention is a method of obtaining information regarding an individual's environment using a programmable device. The first step of the method is sensing a psychomotor behavioral element of an activity engaged by the individual. The type of activity engaged by the individual can be any sensible activity under the sun, including breathing, thinking, generating heat, etc. The next step in the inventive method is determining the preferred modalities of the individual based on the psychomotor behavioral element of the activity engaged by the individual. Provided herein are calculations used for determining the preferred modalities of the individual based on the psychomotor behavioral element of the activity. In the present context, the preferred modalities are the semi-conscious or nonconscious desires of the individual, indicated by nonconscious actions, to experience her environment in a specific manner. The information obtained by the inventive method can be used in several ways.
