The fixed portion can include a first side, a second side, a lower bridge extending between the first side of the fixed portion and the second side of the fixed portion, the first side of the fixed portion configured to receive at least a portion of the first side of the movable portion, the second side of the fixed portion configured to receive at least a portion of the second side of the movable portion, and a base configured to couple to and support the telescoping frame.
