  • Publication number: 20230394401
Abstract: System and method of providing anti-monotony construction in an MPC, including generating a database including streets, lots disposed on first and second sides of the streets, and neighbor lots disposed on left, right, and/or across sides of each of the lots; receiving a request for construction, including a lot and specification with details of a home, the lot selectable from available lots in the MPC, the specification including details selectable from available details; processing the request against a rule associated with diversity of the details of the specification from details of lots identified as consecutive neighbors on one or more sides of the lot, the sides and details of the lots considered identified in the rule; and generating a status of approval or denial based on whether at least one of the details of the specification matches at least one of the details of the lots identified as consecutive neighbors.

  • Patent number: 11537964
Abstract: A system and method of providing anti-monotony construction in a master-planned community (MPC), the method including: receiving a request for construction of a new home in the MPC, the request including a lot and a specification including details of the new home, the lot selectable from available lots in the MPC, the specification including one or more details selectable from available details; processing the request against a rule associated with diversity of the one or more details of the specification from details of lots identified as consecutive neighbors on one or more sides of the lot, the one or more sides and the details of the lots considered being identified in rule; and generating a status of approval or denial of the request based on whether at least one of the details of the specification matches at least one of the details of the lots identified as being consecutive neighbors.

  • Publication number: 20190080019
Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, and techniques for improving the efficiency of selecting digital components to present in electronic documents and reducing latency in rendering digital components in electronic documents. In some implementations, a content distribution system uses predicted metrics for a set of candidate components to determine items to present in an electronic document responsive to a request. A metric prediction model can generate predicted metrics with the aid of a parameter prediction sub-model that predicts a value of a non-observable parameter associated with a request for a digital component.

  • Publication number: 20160301748
Abstract: A method, system, technique, and computer program product for consuming digital content among a plurality of users, including selecting the digital content to be consumed; establishing a social interaction tool among the users over a computer network; and each user of the plurality of users consuming the selected digital content from a respective digital content stream source in substantial synchronicity over the network, including interacting with other users using the social interaction tool. This may include controlling the selected digital content from each content stream source, including synchronizing the consumption of said selected digital content among the plurality of users.

  • Publication number: 20120091737
Abstract: Apparatus for detecting the initial shock of an earthquake and automatically locking a cabinet door before the occurrence of destructive ground motions having an accelerometer located to measure the acceleration of a shock wave of an earthquake coupled to an integrator which obtains the time integral of the acceleration of the shock wave of the earthquake. Comparing means which is coupled to the integrator to compare the value of the time integral of the acceleration of the shock wave with a preset value sends a signal to a signal generating means when the value of the time integral of the acceleration of the shock wave is equal or greater than the preset value. A power amplifier coupled to the signal generating means generates a signal which locks a cabinet door by operating a latch when the value of the time integral of the acceleration is equal or greater than the preset value.

  • Publication number: 20050006527
Abstract: This method of detecting aircraft is by the missing cosmic background radiation that they block out. This raditation is normaly spread across the entire sky; except when something blocks it out such as a aircraft flying in front of it. It works like a radar but it does not send out a signal.
