Abstract: A system includes instructions stored in memory that cause a processor to collect a first data set, collect a second data set, generate a new data structure using the first data set and the second data set, transmit an electronic data interchange request to a remote third party system, receive an electronic data interchange response containing a third data set, generate a rules engine comprising one or more rules associated with a manufacturer of a device or a service provider and one or more rules associated with a benefit provider, run the rules engine to evaluate the third data set, determine an eligibility status of a user for a product or service, determine a service benefit parameter for the user based on the third data set, determine an obligation parameter, and display the obligation parameter on the user interface of a user device.
