  • Publication number: 20240376094
Abstract: The present disclosure provides PROTAC compounds represented by Formula (A): D-L-DSM (A), or an enantiomer, a diastereoisomer, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any one of the foregoing, wherein: DSM is a degradation signaling compound {e.g., an E3 ubiquitin ligase recruitment ligand, such as a CRBN ligand or a VHL ligand) covalently attached to a linker L; L is a linker that covalently attaches DSM to D; and D is a Bcl-xL inhibitor compound of Formula (I) or Formula (II) covalently attached to the linker L: (I); (II) wherein the definitions for the variables are described herein. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the PROTAC compounds of the present disclosure and methods of use and methods of making thereof.

  • Publication number: 20240011954
Abstract: The present invention provides a gas chromatography system (GC) including a GC column configured for a chromatographic separation of a sample comprising one or more analytes, a GC detector connected to the exit of the GC column, and a controller connected to the GC system. The controller is configured to generate a simulated chromatographic separation using a chromatographic model that calculates at least one chromatographic parameter of the analyzed sample.

  • Patent number: 4099823
Abstract: Space conservation and ease of rearrangements are critically important in main frame management. This connector block improves on both by use of a basically rectilinear, flat connecting block module. The back side receives wire pairs from office equipment and incoming pairs from the outside plant. From there, the wires are led respectively to the top and bottom sides which are entrances, to wire guide channels for the respective groups. The channels are a series of curved, concentric, closely spaced, separate wire paths cast on either side of the module and terminating along a substantially curved edge which constitutes the fourth side of the module. Along this edge is molded a wire-receiving index strip. In its slots, the wires from the terminal equipment are set. Wires from the outside plant group are each terminated on the top end of a slotted beam connector for the 88 type. The module is then plugged to the index strip to achieve connection with the terminal equipment wire.
