According to one exemplary embodiment, the method includes the steps of initiating a communication link between a first location and a second location in response to an activation by a user, automatically providing an identification associated with the first location to the second location via the communication link and wherein the identification enables the second location to obtain information relating to an undesirable operating condition of the first location.
