    Abstract: An optical communication receiver system for a mobile platform includes: a surface having an entrance aperture for entry of an optical communication signal from a remote source; an optical receiver to receive the optical communication signal through the entrance aperture; a reflective layer over at least a portion of the surface to at least partially reflect an alignment beam that is substantially coincident with the optical communication signal; a camera positioned to detect the reflected alignment beam; a processor to determine alignment information about the alignment beam relative to the entrance aperture based on the reflected alignment beam detected by the camera; and a transmitter to transmit the alignment information to the remote source to enable the remote source to center the optical communication signal in the entrance aperture.

A cap locks the container mount to the neck portion of the container. Preferably, the at least one structure of the container mount comprises a pair of wedge-shaped wall structures together with a plurality of wall structures that extend in a directional substantially parallel to the central axis of the mount/neck. The wedge-shaped wall structures are radially disposed opposite one another about the central axis of the container mount/neck and fit within wedge-shaped voids defined by the neck portion of the container.

    Abstract: In one embodiment of a dispensing system for connecting a remote power sprayer to a container of liquid, a flexible delivery tube includes one end non-removably connected to a remote retainer and the other end non-removably connected to a connector hose. The remote retainer and connector hose each include strain relief elements which respectively include a retainer adaptor and a connector adaptor for relieving the connection strain between the tube, the remote retainer and connector hose, as the power sprayer is being pulled and maneuvered during use. In a second embodiment, the flexible delivery tube includes one end non-removably connected to a remote retainer and the other end disposed freely in a container, but plugged onto a connector hose and including a spring weight slidably disposed thereon.

    Abstract: A hose-end sprayer has a selectively rotatable rotary valve received within the transverse bore of a housing which includes a carrier liquid inlet passage, a chemical liquid inlet passage and a discharge passage. The valve has a carrier liquid duct and a chemical liquid duct opening into the carrier duct for interconnecting the inlet passage in a first rotative position of the valve, and the valve is capable of closing the inlet passages in a second rotative position of the valve. The rotary valve is selectively rotatable in a third position for interconnecting the liquid passage only with the discharge passage in a rinse position of the valve. Container venting is isolated from a valve chamber in which the rotary valve operates to avoid entry of carrier liquid into the container through the open vent in the ON position of the valve upon its selective rotation.
