  • Publication number: 20100087308
Abstract: Methods are provided for regenerating catalyst compositions useful in processes for converting methane to useful hydrocarbons. The methods comprise applying voltage across the catalyst compositions.
    Type: Application
    Filed: September 14, 2007
    Publication date: April 8, 2010
    Applicant: ALBEMARTE CORPORATION
Inventors: Joe D. Sauer, Tyson J. Hall, George Wyndham Cook, Joseph E. Coury
  • Patent number: 7096865
Abstract: A supply of gas such as oxygen is provided to a person in need of such gas supply. The delivery system includes an alarm to alert the recipient of the gas or another when and if the gas supply is disrupted. The alarm system preferably includes a reset and on-off switch that is recessed sufficiently to prevent accidental disabling of the alarm system.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 18, 2000
Date of Patent: August 29, 2006
    Assignee: Oxygen Lifeline, LLC
Inventors: Joseph E. Coury, John S. Massaad
  • Patent number: 6432380
Abstract: Synthetic zeolite is produced by force feeding separate aqueous streams of sodium silicate and of an alkali metal aluminate into coaxial alignment with each other. The coaxially aligned solutions are then introduced into in an open space in coaxial fashion with one of the streams being injected from a nozzle. The open space constitutes a mixing zone in which the two streams come together and are thoroughly mixed to produce a precrystallized mixture. This mixture then passes in unimpeded fashion through an entrance port and into a crystallization reactor or vessel. The system used for conducting this operation thus serves the dual function of being a feeding system and a mixing system whereby the silicate and aluminate streams interact with each other before entering the crystallization reactor or zone. Intimate mixing is assured by virtue of the relatively small volume of the mixing zone and the higher velocity of the stream emanating from the nozzle.

Inventors: Joseph E. Coury, Wylie A. Barrow, Yongzhuo Su, George W. Cook, Jr., Robert F. Pierpoline
  • Publication number: 20020039989
Abstract: Novel synthetic zeolite compositions of extremely small particle sizes that have increased loading capability, and process technology for producing such compositions are described. So far as is presently known, it has never been possible to form such compositions heretofore. The process technology involves, inter alia, contacting the zeolite cake formed in its production with a specified type of treating agent and then subjecting the treated zeolite to physical subdivision.
    Type: Application
    Filed: March 13, 2001
    Publication date: April 4, 2002
Inventors: Patrick C. Hu, Conrad J. Langlois, Dixie E. Goins, Joseph E. Coury
