Abstract: A blood treatment system with pressure sensors may be configured to control blood flow to and from the patient and use readings of the pressure sensors to determine a change in a pressure drop across a flow restriction in the blood circuit to estimate a condition of the machine or the patient, or outputting data responsive to the estimation. Further embodiments employ measurement of pressure drop to detect abnormal viscosity or viscosity variations in order to detect possible infection.

Abstract: The automatically attaching collar clasps are installed in an animal bait station. The bait station has an inlet so that when an animal is positioned in the inlet, a male clasp on one side of the inlet automatically converges with a female clasp on the opposite side to the inlet to create a ratcheting connection and thereby secures a collar around the neck of the targeted animal.

The “signal” may comprise a magnetic or induction heat signal. In the preferred embodiment, the signal is received (and the collar is unfastened) when the target animal feeds at a specially-equipped bait station.

Abstract: A dispensing system comprising a container for containing a liquid to be dispensed, a sprayer comprising a spray head and a handle, and flexible tubing connectable at one of its ends to the container and connected at its other end to the sprayer for conveying liquid from the container to the sprayer. The container has a recess formed in one of its side walls sized and shaped for receiving the sprayer, and connectors for attaching the sprayer to the container with the sprayer received within the recess. The sprayer is detachable from the container for dispensing liquid from the container.

Abstract: In the combination of a container for automatically dispensing a cleaner or disinfectant into a toilet reservoir on which such container is supported via a clip member slidable in a recess in the container base between storage and dispensing positions, the improvement wherein the slidable clip porton and the walls of such recess are provided with means locking the clip against movement when in each of such positions.
