Abstract: A deployable facility includes an enclosure that has a first configuration with a first service volume and a second configuration with a second service volume. The second service volume is greater than the first service volume. The enclosure includes a fixed floor, a fixed roof, and a movable wing that is pivotably coupled to the fixed floor. The deployable facility also includes a covering support assembly that is pivotably coupled to the fixed roof. The covering support assembly has a collapsed configuration within the first service volume on a condition that the enclosure is in the first configuration and an expanded configuration within the second service volume on a condition that the enclosure is in the second configuration.

Abstract: A deployable kitchen includes an enclosure, a lateral wall, and then exhaust assembly. The exhaust assembly is positioned within the enclosure and is configured to receive a cooking exhaust and a combustion exhaust from an appliance. The exhaust assembly includes an exhaust hood, an exhaust plenum, a blower, an outer duct, and an inner duct. The outer duct is configured to receive the cooking exhaust. The inner duct is positioned within the outer duct and is positioned to receive the combustion exhaust.

Abstract: A deployable kitchen includes an enclosure, an appliance within the enclosure, and a recapture plenum. The appliance includes a housing and a burner unit that is within the housing. The appliance defines cooling passage between the housing and the burner unit. The cooling passage is in thermal communication with the burner unit such that an airflow through the cooling passage establishes an air buffer between the burner unit and the housing. The housing includes a face that defines an outlet of the cooling passage. The recapture plenum encloses the face of the housing such that the recapture plenum receives an exhaust portion of the airflow after the airflow is conveyed through the cooling passage. The recapture plenum is configured to be in fluid communication with a heating vent within the deployable kitchen.
