    Abstract: An aspiration sprayer comprises a head which is preferably permanently attached to a container in which additive material is received. The head may or may not be movable between positions controlling the degree of aspiration affected, and is provided with a cap movable between a first position in which the cap seals the container and prevents the additive material from escaping therefrom and a second position in which the container is unsealed and aspiration of the contents thereof can take place. Elements may be provided as part of the sprayer assembly for controlling the flow of the aspirating fluid. The cap is secured in its sealing position by an element which requires special manipulation for release, thereby providing an important safety feature.

    Abstract: In an aspiration sprayer comprising a head permanently attached to the container in which the additive material is received and rotatable between operative positions one of which seals the interior of the container and the other of which unseals said interior and enables aspiration to occur, the container is provided with a plurality of recesses facing the head and the head is provided with a positioning and locking part resiliently urged toward those recesses, location of the part in a recess positioning the head in an operative position, at least that one of the recesses corresponding to the sealing position of the head and the locking part being so cooperatively shaped as to prevent rotation of the head until the part is manually removed from the recess, another of the recesses preferably being cooperatively shaped with respect to the part so that the head can be rotated relative to the container upon the application thereto of an appreciable rotational force without having to manually remove the part from

    Abstract: An aspiration sprayer comprises a head which is permanently attached to the container in which the additive material is received and which is movable between a first position in which the interior of the container is sealed and a second position in which the interior of the container is unsealed and aspiration occurs, the making of seals and appropriate fluid connecitions being accomplished by a plurality of sealed cups moved by the head. Safety means are provided to tend to retain the head in its container-sealing position. An aspiration opening is accessed by means of a nozzle which is snap-engaged with the head, and the carrier fluid after it leaves the nozzle is guided by means of flanges on the head so located and oriented as to produce a long-distance jet output. A cover protects the parts from accumulation of foreign matter.

    Abstract: A sprinkler comprises a nozzle attached at one end of an elongated member, an earth-penetrating element attached at the other end of the member, and a foot-step. The nozzle is attached to a passage in the elongated member through a fluid communication means and receives fluid transmitted to it through the passage from a fluid source. The element is attached to the member by two element portions receiving a section at one end of the member therebetween and interengaging parts, such as a projection - recess combination, on each of the element portions and the member section. Adjacent to each member interengaging part is a groove running between, and bounded by the element portions. The foot-step is secured by securing it to those parts of the element portions bounding the groove, with the securing means being received within the groove.
