    Abstract: A golf putter including a hollow shaft having a hand grip and a cap which surrounds the upper end of the shaft and a divot mending device positioned within such hollow end.The original cap over the end of the shaft is provided within an opening through which the body of the mending device is inserted, said opening and said body are dimensioned so that the device is engaged by the wall of said opening and depends therefrom. The device is provided with a cap portion which overlies the original cap and which may be formed with a recess to receive a ball marker.

    Abstract: A golf putter including a shaft having a hand grip which surrounds the upper end of the shaft, and a divot mending device positioned within such hollow end. The divot mending device includes(a) a tined strip which provides divot mending capability,(b) a conical sleeve formed of resilient material the lower end of which surrounds and engages the upper end of said tined strip,(c) the upper end portion of said conical sleeve being dimensioned to frictionally slide within and engage the interior wall of said hollow portion at the end of said shaft and become wedged therein under pressure, and(d) said conical sleeve being shaped at its upper extremity to form an end cap for said shaft.

    Abstract: A golf putter especially adapted to provide training and practice in developing an accurate and precise swing and accuracy in engaging a golf ball by means of a putter head having a spherical contour on one face for putting training and in addition providing a flat putting surface on the opposite face of the club for practice and/or normal use. At the same time the putter is designed to be interchangeable for left or right hand use by providing a downward taper at each side of the club head.The flat putting surface may be formed with a transparent material to permit the insertion of informational matter.
