Abstract: A method and system for implementing a user controlled supply chain system includes receiving information from one or more potential users including one or more wants, needs, and desires, and indicative of a desire to retain control of user information including one or more elements of demand for a product or a service, other wants, needs or desires. The method includes receiving information from a plurality of manufacturers including meta information and any other pertinent terms and conditions of that product's lifecycle including an offer to sell the one or more products including a discount. The method includes indicating by the user a desire to purchase one of the one or more products or services, disclosure of the user information to one of the plurality of manufacturers in exchange for confirmation of sale to the user, and consummating a transaction for the user to purchase the product.

Abstract: A method and system for implementing user purchasing while remaining anonymous. The method includes receiving information from a potential user by an onboarding system including one or more wants, needs, and desires for attaching the user to one or more communities with similar wants, needs, and desires, receiving one or more search terms from the user related to a good or service the user wishes to purchase, performing a search based upon the received search terms and the one or more communities to which the user is attached, and displaying the response to the search to the user. The method then further includes confirming a user preference to the presented response by a preference receiving system, and dynamically updating the communities to which the user is attached, and updating the wants, needs, and desires of the communities to which the user is attached in response to the user preference.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program for accumulating information relating to product demand and consumption for each of a plurality of end users by a buying group representing a single purchase in bulk to disintermediate the supply chain, accumulating the received product demand into a predictive demand schedule by an expert service provider, and transmitting the accumulated predictive product demand schedule to a manufacturer/original source of the product by the expert service provider. Product availability information based upon the accumulated predictive product demand is received from the manufacturer/original source of the product, and is provided to the plurality of end users. One or more product orders are received, the product is ordered from the manufacturer/original source of the product, all aspects of the supply chain being managed by the expert service provider, and the product is shipped to one or more of the plurality of end users.

Abstract: A method, computer program and single enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for procuring a product or service. The single ERP system includes an input for receiving information relating to product demand for a plurality of end users via a cooperative buying group, a predictive engine for accumulating the received product demand into a single demand schedule and an output for transmitting the single demand schedule to a manufacturer/original source of the product. An optimization engine is provided for receiving product availability information from the manufacturer/original source of the product by the cooperative buying group, and for determining one or more options for ordering the products. A procurement system is also included for providing the product availability information to the one or more options for ordering the products, for receiving one or more product orders, for ordering product from the manufacturer/original source of the product, and for managing shipping the product.
