Abstract: Provided herein are exemplary embodiments including a fitness training unit that includes a large bench pad, the large bench pad having a proximal end and the large bench pad having a distal end, a small bench pad having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the small bench pad connected to the distal end of the large bench pad, a frame support for the large bench pad and the small bench pad, a distal end of the frame connected between two vertical support bars, wherein an angle formed between the proximal end of the small bench pad and the distal end of the large bench pad is approximately ten degrees.
