  • Patent number: 11966922
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for scanning and mapping entity portals to distribution processing systems. The present invention may be configured to scan an entity portal of a distribution processing system to generate responses of the entity portal to test distributions, where the entity portal is associated with an entity, and where the distribution processing system processes distributions for the entity. The present invention may be configured to receive, from the entity portal, responses of the entity portal to the test distributions, where the responses include data associated with distributions processed by the distribution processing system for the entity. The present invention may be configured to determine, based on the data, resources offered by the entity to users, an accounting hierarchy of the entity, and settlement procedures for processing distributions for the entity and generate a mapping of the entity portal to another distribution processing system.

  • Publication number: 20240083117
Abstract: A method of printing a multi-material part in a layer-wise manner with an extrusion-based 3D printer includes providing a sliced digital model of a multi-material part and determining a number of materials in each of the slices of the digital mode. The method includes utilizing a digital model of a purge tower having N subdivisions having a closed geometry, wherein N is the number of print heads needed to print the part that is greater than or equal to three, each adjacent subdivision contact one another along an interface and assigning each print head to one subdivision and to tool paths forming the one subdivision in each layer. The method includes reassigning the assigned subdivision within the purge tower of an inactive print head in a layer to a print head that is active in the layer of the multi-material part.

  • Publication number: 20210354607
Abstract: A deep draw trim member for use in a vehicle seat is disclosed. The deep draw trim member comprises a strip of hook material secured to a foam of the vehicle seat, The deep draw trim member also comprises a strip of loop material secured to a seat trim member, wherein the strip of loop material having a plurality of slits arranged throughout. The strip of loop material is engaged with the strip of hook material to create a seating surface that is aesthetically pleasing for the vehicle seat. The seat trim member is applied to the vehicle seat via a pressing of the vehicle seat trim. member to the vehicle seat foam such that the hook and loop materials attached thereto and interengage with one another to create a secure connection therebetween along with an improved and aesthetically pleasing outer surface for the vehicle seat assemblies.

  • Patent number: 5736051
Abstract: The present invention provides an isotropic, skinless, porous, polyvinylidene fluoride membrane having a K.sub.UF of at least about 15 psi (103 kPa), and preferably below about 50 psi (345 kPa), when tested using liquid pairs having an interfacial tension of about 4 dynes/cm (4 mN/m). The present inventive membrane preferably has a titer reduction of at least about 10.sup.8 against T.sub.1 bacteriophage, more preferably also against PR772 coliphage, and even more preferably also against PP7 bacteriophage. The present inventive membrane can have a thickness of about 20 mil (500 .mu.m) or less and even as low as about 5 mil (125 .mu.m) or less. The present invention also provides a method of preparing such a membrane by providing a casting solution comprising polyvinylidene fluoride and a solvent therefor, heating the casting solution to a uniform temperature of about 57.degree. C. to about 60.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 5275738
Abstract: A PVDF membrane exposed to a quarternary ammonium hydroxide solution retains it hydrophobicity and resistance to corrosive environments, yet spontaneously and completely wets with concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. The modified membrane is incorporated into filtration devices that are in situ integrity testable in concentrated inorganic mineral acids.
