Publication number: 20240130342Abstract: A marine animal netting device for catching crabs includes a pole, which is selectively extensible. A net is pivotally attached to the pole proximate to a first end of the pole and a handle attached to a second end of the pole. A line is loopedly positioned on and selectively extensible from a reel, which is attached to the handle, through line guides attached to the pole, and past the net. A connector, which is attached to a terminus of the line, is used to connect a bait. The handle is gripped in a hand of a user to manipulate the net and the bait into a body of water to attract a marine animal. The reel is used to reel in the bait and the marine animal into a position over the net, allowing the user to raise the net to catch the marine animal.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 24, 2022Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventor: Joseph Hamilton

Patent number: 10833687Abstract: A method and associated system have been proposed to achieve power savings in PWM DACs by truncating PWM sequences and maximizing the amount of time available to power up a DAC cell without sacrificing sensitivity to element mismatch. The DAC circuit includes a driver to receive a digital input and to provide a plurality of drive sequences, a digital-to-analog converter, and a controller. The digital-to-analog converter includes an array of digital-to-analog elements operable over several time steps. Upon identifying that the digital signal is below a threshold value, the controller is configured to shorten the drive sequences; and for each time step to identify a first set of elements and a second set of elements among the array of digital-to-analog elements; to apply the shortened drive sequences to the first set; to disable the second set; and to shift the first set and the second set by one element.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2019Date of Patent: November 10, 2020Assignee: Dialog Semiconductor (UK) LimitedInventor: Joseph Hamilton
