    Abstract: A device is disclosed herein which will cool potable liquids by running the material through capillary tubes which themselves are cooled by various cooling materials. As a result, by the time the liquid is sipped from the straw and through the wound capillary tubes it will have cooled to a point as if it had been refrigerated in its original container.
