Abstract: An apparatus and a first method of the invention for stretching a user's leg muscles, the apparatus comprising a rocker device having an arcuately shaped lower rocking surface for rocking motion on a generally flat surface and an upper platform surface having a recess for receiving a user's knee in a bent condition of the user's leg for stretching the user's quadriceps upon rocking motion, and the first method comprising the steps of: (a) resting the lower rocking surface on a generally flat surface; (b) placing a user's knee in a bent condition in the recess of the upper platform surface; and (c) rocking the apparatus forwards using the user's knee in the recess to guide the rocking motion of the rocker device for stretching the quadriceps. The apparatus is alternatively positionable in a second position for stretching the hamstring and calf muscles using a second method of the invention.

Abstract: A hand and wrist stabilization device for disposition on the hand and wrist of a user to reduce relative movement of internal hand elements, specifically, the metacarpophalangeal, carpometacarpal and wrist joints, during impact resulting from striking and punching activities, includes a flexible glove-like body, a metacarpophalangeal joint force dispersion pad attached to the body, an ulnar wrist stabilization strap, a radial wrist stabilization strap, a wrist compression strap attached to the body portion and a metacarpophalangeal joint stabilization member attached to the body all acting together to disperse forces on the hand and wrist joints while stabilizing such joints against internal movement caused by impact transmitted thereto during striking and punching activities.

Abstract: A suspendible storage assembly for containment of various sports equipment and the like during nonuse is provided wherein a plurality of vertically spaced apart platforms cooperate with a plurality of elongate pliable supporting means, some of which are extensible so that sports equipment may readily be placed on and removed from the platforms by stretching and laterally deflecting the extensible supporting means.

Abstract: A portable, lightweight exercise adapter is provided for forming an exercise device therefrom by securement of the adapter to any suitable handle and weight. One end of the adapter is provided with a flexible band adapted for releasable securement around the handle, and the other end is provided with means for releasably attaching any suitable weight thereto so that, by grasping the handle in the hands of a user and rotating and/or lifting the handle, the weight may be raised and lowered for exercising of the user's upper extremities.
