Abstract: A tray that removably receives an open A-frame ladder. The tray is rigid and non-pivotable, is free of the pail rest of the open A-frame ladder, is free of the head step of the open A-frame ladder, and does not require holes in the side rails of the open A-frame ladder. The tray includes an open portion and a closed portion. The open portion extends rigidly from the closed portion, removably receives the open A-frame ladder and rests between the pail rest and the head step so as to allow the open portion and the closed portion to be free of the pail rest and the head step, non-pivotally receives the open A-frame ladder, and does not require holes in the side rails to attach to.
