  • Patent number: 11694992
Abstract: An integrated circuit package structure is provided that includes a chip carrier substrate, at least one processor die provided on the chip carrier substrate, a plurality of lateral escape wiring lines connected to and extending away from the at least one processor die, and a plurality of chips at least partially surrounding the processor die, at least one of the chips overlapping with at least one of the lateral escape wiring lines in a plan view. An interconnect structure of the chips includes at least one vertical power feed structure that is configured and positioned not to intersect with the lateral escape wiring lines in the plan view.

  • Patent number: 11460416
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method of determining the presence of a hydrocarbon in an aqueous medium used for secondary oil recovery. The method includes the step of introducing the aqueous medium into a subterranean hydrocarbon formation to displace hydrocarbons. The method includes the step of retrieving an aqueous sample from the aqueous medium introduced into the subterranean hydrocarbon formation. The method includes the step of cooling the aqueous sample such that the aqueous sample is in a solid state. The method includes the step of exposing the aqueous sample to an electromagnetic wave at a microwave frequency such that a scattering response is induced from the hydrocarbon included in the aqueous sample. The method includes the step of determining permittivity of the hydrocarbon based on the scattering response.

  • Patent number: 10487409
Abstract: An electrolysis apparatus for producing chlorine bleach includes an anode plate, a cathode plate spaced apart from the anode plate, one or more inner conductive plates positioned between and spaced apart from the anode plate and the cathode plate, and a sleeve surrounding the anode plate, the cathode plate, and the one or more inner conductive plates. A system for producing chlorine bleach includes, in addition to the electrolysis apparatus, a container having an opening and which is configured to hold a solution of water and salt. The system further includes a power source having a first terminal connected to the anode plate and a second terminal connected to the cathode plate. Upon connecting the anode plate and the cathode plate to the power source and inserting the electrolysis apparatus into the solution, electrolysis of the solution produces chlorine bleach.

  • Patent number: 5703935
Abstract: A system and method for automatically processing telephone calls for alternative billing or for providing automated operator services. In one form, a call for which operator or alternative billing services are sought is routed through a telephone network to an automated operator facility. The call is accompanied by certain parameters which are indicative of the characteristics of the call. A menu of available automatic services is presented to the caller and the caller's selection from the menu is then received by the automated facility. The call parameters are used to retrieve a record containing customization features, preselected by a subscriber, which are those to be used in providing the particular service selected from the menu by the caller. The call is then automatically processed in accordance with the preselected customized features to provide the selected operator servile.
