Patent number: 11925465Abstract: Uroflowmeters and methods for processing data generated therefrom are disclosed. In one aspect, the uroflowmeter is a handheld device. The uroflowmeter includes a handle, a flow chamber coupled to the handle, and a sensor associated with the flow chamber that detects a parameter of urine received in the flow chamber. The uroflowmeter may include both reusable and disposable components. As a uroflowmeter it can identify and record data corresponding to the rate of flow over the measured duration of a void of urine, but may also timestamp the voiding act and communicate the data to an external data collection center for additional analysis and incorporation into a comprehensive voiding report or voiding diary.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2019Date of Patent: March 12, 2024Assignee: ClearTrac Technologies, LLCInventors: Brent Laing, John Green, Paul R. Patent number: 11647708Abstract: An embodiment of the novel and inventive vertical hydroponic system comprises a double-sided system, each side having two sets of double-door tile panels. Each door is mounted on hinges attached at either the right or left sides of an external support frame with the doors opening out from the middle. Each door in this embodiment may support a 6×4 array of novel and inventive tiles, each tile arranged with two columns of 3 pot supports, each such tile capable of supporting 6 grow pots, for a total of 144 grow pots per door. In this embodiment all four doors can support up to 576 grow pots. However, an infinite number of tile variations are possible with the 2×3 array being just one. The doors can be opened during the growth cycle without disconnecting or interrupting the irrigation components which allows for fast and easy harvesting and maintenance. A submersible pump and its control electronics are mounted in the support framework so the system is self-contained.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2021Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: HARVEST TODAY LLCInventors: Richard Langille, Gregory Daryll Whiteside, Joseph L. Patent number: 7668044Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for simultaneously retrieving data from multiple data acquisition units and for recharging such data acquisition units. The data offload and charging unit comprises a frame that defines stations for holding the data acquisition units and a host computer. A combined power and communications port at each such station is adapted to interface with one of the data acquisition units such that power may flow from the data offload and charger unit to that data acquisition unit and data may flow from that data acquisition unit to the host computer substantially simultaneously. Communications links are provided between the host computer and each combined power and communications port.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2005Date of Patent: February 23, 2010Assignee: Ascend Geo, LLCInventors: Russell B. Patent number: 5951102Abstract: A high chair which includes a removable tray with a single-handed actuation handle for actuating a release mechanism. The actuation handle is located on the front edge of the tray and can be pushed slightly forward to operate the release mechanism which pivots fingers out of engagement with grooves located on the sides of the seat of the high chair. The seat can be removed from the high chair by actuating a latch located on a bottom side thereof and pivoting it slightly while lifting off to disengage notches defined on the back of the seat from an upper tubular member of a cradle which is attached to a frame and supports the seat thereon. The cradle can be pivoted relative to the frame to provide a plurality of positions for the seat, including an upright and a recline position. A pivoting mechanism includes a pair of nested hubs and a pin which selectively locks the hubs together.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 1996Date of Patent: September 14, 1999Assignee: Evenflo Company, Inc.Inventors: Keith L.
