Patent number: 11966158Abstract: The purification of monoalkyl tin trialkoxides and monoalkyl tin triamides are described using fractional distillation and/or ultrafiltration. The purified compositions are useful as radiation sensitive patterning compositions or precursors thereof. The fractional distillation process has been found to be effective for the removal of metal impurities down to very low levels. The ultrafiltration processes have been found to be effective at removal of fine particulates. Commercially practical processing techniques are described.Type: GrantFiled: January 30, 2019Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: Inpria CorporationInventors: Benjamin L. Publication number: 20240069161Abstract: In one embodiment, a lidar system includes a wavelength-tunable light source configured to emit pulses of light, each emitted pulse of light having a particular wavelength of multiple different wavelengths. The lidar system also includes a scanner configured to scan the emitted pulses of light across a field of regard of the lidar system. The scanner includes (i) a beam deflector configured to angularly deflect each emitted pulse of light along a first scan axis according to the particular wavelength of the emitted pulse of light and (ii) a scan mirror configured to scan the emitted pulses of light along a second scan axis different from the first scan axis. The lidar system further includes a receiver configured to detect a received pulse of light that includes a portion of one of the emitted pulses of light scattered by a target located a distance from the lidar system.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 4, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: Joseph G. Publication number: 20240068943Abstract: Instrument control and data acquisition in advanced analytic systems that utilize optical pulses for sample analysis are described. Clocking signals for data acquisition, data processing, communication, and/or other data handling functionalities can be derived from an on-board pulsed optical source, such as a passively mode-locked laser. The derived clocking signals can operate in combination with one or more clocking signals from a stable oscillator, so that instrument operation and data handling can tolerate interruptions in operation of the pulsed optical source.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Applicant: Quantum-Si IncorporatedInventors: Jonathan M. Patent number: 7798361Abstract: A container for holding a fluid that includes a hollow body defining an inner volume and an elastomeric membrane that is integrally formed with the hollow body forming a unitary container having a vent area. The vent area vents the inner volume such that air is selectively permitted to flow into the inner volume through the vent area and the fluid contained in the inner volume is substantially prevented from flowing out of the inner volume through the vent area. The elastomeric membrane is co-molded with the hollow body.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 2007Date of Patent: September 21, 2010Assignee: Playtex Products, Inc.Inventors: Joseph M. Clark, Richard S.
