    Abstract: The present invention provides methods for vaginal reconstruction and implants used for such reconstruction. Generally, a first exemplary implant is preferably trapezoidal and anchored at six locations at the arcus tendineus in accordance with the present invention. A second exemplary implant preferably comprises a half circle shape and is anchored at two locations at the sacrospinous ligament in accordance with the present invention. The second implant may also optionally by anchored one or more times at the levator connective tissue.
