  • Publication number: 20240169293
Abstract: Described techniques relate to improved methods, systems, devices, and apparatuses that support predictive assessments of vendor risk. The described techniques provide for machine learning and modeling to produce predictive risk profiles for vendors (e.g., even without security profile data provided by the vendor). Various described techniques may also produce unique insights across an entire portfolio of third parties using instant, predictive risk assessment results. Predictive risk profiles predict how a given vendor will answer each question in a standardized assessment based on one or more parameters (e.g., firmographics), both outside-in data and inside-out data, and similar completed assessments stored on an exchange associated with the system.

  • Patent number: 11666045
Abstract: The submersible light apparatus is a device that can provide a wireless and/or corded portable battery-operated underwater light that can provide light in multiple directions as well as attract marine life simultaneously. To that end, the device includes a center structure that houses associated electric circuitry that can power all the light sources of the device. Further, the device includes a chum (fish feed) housing, that is mounted around the center housing, and can disperse fish feed when submersed in water. The device may further include a retrieving line and a bridle that enables a user to pull the light from under water or from farther distances. Furthermore, the device includes a charging port and a switch that enables to turn the lights on/off or dim the lights. Additionally, the device includes a spherical transparent cover that provides a convenient and aesthetically pleasing protective covering.

  • Publication number: 20220306007
Abstract: A protective compartment for off-road vehicles is presented. The protective compartment for off-road vehicles secures to any off-road vehicle, providing a means to carry loose articles during an off-road drive that would normally be lost or damaged during transit. The protective compartment for off-road vehicles contains a case body, a case lid, and at least one fastening element. The case body contains a mount receiver and a storage cavity. The case lid contains at least one fastening slot. The case lid is connected adjacent to the case body through the at least one fastening element.

  • Publication number: 20130223059
Abstract: An ultra-high efficiency underwater light for attracting marine life having radially arranged facets supporting light emitting diodes (LEDs) that project a large perimeter of light underwater. A water cooling system allows the high powered LEDs to operate at sustained peak levels without sacrificing service life. A light bifurcating structure causes a central portion of water to illuminate in a different color than the color of the outer perimeter portion of water. A tire valve stem located on the underwater light is used to remove moisture bearing air and to also pressurize the light with a non-corrosive gas. Antifouling circuitry automatically cycles the underwater light on and off multiple times during periods of non-use. Smart circuitry communicates through a series of blinks and accepts commands from a user through a power cord.

  • Patent number: 8444283
Abstract: An underwater dock light having an internal water cooling system formed from primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary mounting surfaces forming a chamber. Each of the mounting surfaces are each in thermal communication with a light emitting unit generating heat. LED circuit boards are mounted at an angle to produce a large diameter of light in the surrounding water. A light bifurcating structure causes a central portion of light to be a different color than the perimeter. The transparent lens has an opening and a latching structure configured to connect the transparent lens to the end of the transparent cover. A tire valve stem is located on the underwater light and is capable of removing or filling the underwater light with a gas. Antifouling circuitry automatically cycles the underwater light on and off multiple times during periods of non-use. Smart circuitry communicates and accepts commands by a user.

  • Patent number: 5238130
Abstract: A closure is provided for a container having an externally threaded neck and a plurality of locking teeth. The closure has a first outer side wall, a second inner side wall, and projections within the outer side wall for engaging the locking teeth of the container, to prevent removal by children and the like. The outer side wall can be distorted to displace the locking projections, for opening the container. For forming a seal with the neck of a container, one or both of a textured finish on an annular sealing surface within the second inner side wall, and an internal sealing lip are provided. This eliminates the requirement for a separate sealing liner.
