  • Publication number: 20220228424
Abstract: A door (10) comprising a door member having a rectangular frame (22) on which components forming the door member are assembled. The frame includes top, side and a bottom frame member (24, 26a, 26b, 28). The frame is sized and shaped to fit within an opening (P) in a sidewall (S) of a portable building (B). A foam panel (16) fits in the frame. Door panels (12, 14) are affixed to the outsides of the foam panel using an adhesive material. The result is a laminated door that can be lowered and raised for moving people and objects into and out of the building.

  • Patent number: 10781627
Abstract: An improvement in a portable building (B) comprises a ramp door (100) installed in an opening (O) formed in a sidewall (S) of the building. An upper door frame member (106) is hingedly installed to the side of building so to cover the upper end of the ramp door. When the member is in a vertical position, it prevents the ramp door from being lowered; but when the member is rotated to a horizontal position, it unblocks the upper end of the door so the door can be lowered and raised.

  • Patent number: 10538014
Abstract: The present application relates to process for producing a glass fibre-reinforced thermoplastic polymer composition, which comprises the sequential steps of: a) unwinding from a package of at least one continuous glass multifilament strand, b) applying a sheath of thermoplastic polymer around the at least one continuous glass multifilament strand to form a sheathed continuous multifilament strand; The unwound, the at least one continuous glass multifilament strand is transported through the inside of at least one protective tube over a certain distance between the location of unwinding from a package of said at least one continuous glass multifilament strand, i.e. step a), and the location of applying said sheath of thermoplastic polymer around said at least one continuous glass multifilament strand, i.e. step b).

  • Publication number: 20190257137
Abstract: An improvement in a portable building (B) comprising a door ramp (10) installed in an opening (O) formed in a sidewall (S) of the building. A ramp door (12) fits in the opening and is hingedly attached to the building. A handle (16) is attached to an exterior surface (12o) of the door allows a user to lower and raise the door with a mechanism (18) facilitating lowering and raising the door in a controlled manner. A panel (32) mounted to the interior top portion of the door extends outwardly as the door is fully lowered to rest on the ground and complete formation of a ramp by items can be brought into or removed from the building.

  • Publication number: 20160250378
Abstract: The invention is a class of spray-on burn dressings for use in the treatment of various types of tissue burns, such as burns due to heat, chemicals, or sun exposure. The inventive spray-on dressing is comprised of a film-forming polymer and metal or metal oxide particles. The metal or metal oxide, preferably aluminum oxide, acts as a thermally conductive component to enhance heat-dissipation from the burn. The spray-on dressing may also include antibacterial agents, anesthetics, analgesics, or preservatives. The spray-on dressing may be dispensed by aerosol container or by manual pump spray.
