An ultrasonic transducer (19) having an output face (25), through which ultrasonic signals are transmitted and received is housed in a sub-housing (39) located in an engagement recess (17) in the lower part (5). A communicating aperture (24) accommodates ultrasonic signals transmitted by the ultrasonic transducer (19) to and from the liquid surface, the level of which is to be monitored. The sub-housing (39) comprises a cylindrical side wall (40) extending upwardly from a protective element (35) for protecting the ultrasonic transducer (19).

The diffuser assembly includes a diffuser housing having an inlet port configured to receive fluid from a fluid supply, a channel in fluid communication with the inlet port, and a cavity in fluid communication with the channel. The diffuser housing further includes multiple elongate openings formed in an inner surface of the diffuser housing for allowing fluid within the cavity to flow there through. The diffuser housing also includes multiple ridges projecting from the inner surface of the diffuser housing and positioned to distribute the fluid evenly across the inner surface prior to outputting the fluid via the plurality of elongate openings. The body parts form the ATD and simulate at least a part of a human body and the articulation of the human body. The optical fiber extends between a first end and a second end and comprises a plurality of sensors disposed between the ends. An emitter is in communication with the optical fiber for emitting a light having a predetermined band of wavelengths through the optical fiber that is reflected by the sensors and an interrogator is in communication with the optical fiber for detecting the reflected light from the sensor such that changes to the reflected light indicate a strain on the at least one body part.

Abstract: A backpack with magnetic back-panel is provided and configured to enable a user to store their valuable and fragile belongings in the backpack and use the magnetic back-panel to securely store the backpack against any metal structure. Through the easily accessible magnetic back panel, the backpack securely connects to most of, if not all, metal surfaces. With this magnetic feature, the backpack can be positioned vertically or horizontally on metal structures to give the user a plethora of options to position at their desired setting. These options provide an environment that reduces the chance of damage and theft to the backpack, while making completely accessible to the user and removing health and injury concerns.
