The portion of the items not retained on the singulation conveyor can fall onto a return conveyor. The singulation conveyor can transport the retained items along the length of the ledge. During conveyance, some of the items can fall off of the singulation conveyor onto the return conveyor.

This methods include feeding to the animal biotin in combination with a mixture of at least two essential oil compounds selected from the group consisting of thymol, eugenol, meta-cresol, vaniline and guajacol. The methods usefully prevent and/or inhibit ketosis of calving ruminant animals and the subsequent need for veterinary treatment. In a preferred embodiment of a feeding concept for dairy cattle, especially calving dairy cattle, biotin is used in an amount sufficient to provide a daily dosage of 10 mg to 20 mg per head to which it is to be administered. It is at present contemplated that the essential oils are administered in amounts (total dosage ranges of essential oils) of 1 to 1.5 g per head per day.

The method comprises receiving user input indicating a source and a destination of test content; and linking modification of the test content at the destination to modification of the test content at the source. In further related embodiments, receiving the user input may comprise receiving input of a copy/paste gesture for the test content, or a drag/drop gesture for the test content. The linking may comprise using a globally unique identifier to identify each test step of a test document; and using the globally unique identifier as a pointer from the destination to the source of the test content. The method may also comprise rendering the test content to the user as if the test content was in-line at the destination.

Abstract: A method of enabling a user to update one or more low-level resources of a computer system in a user-friendly manner is described. In particular, multiple computer files are grouped. These computer files are utilized in a pre-boot environment to provide a menu-driven update guide that requests one or more responses from the user. Moreover, the computer files are utilized to initiate updating of the low-level resources based on the responses. Furthermore, a bootable image file of the computer files is generated. The user is provided access to the bootable image file.

Abstract: Human MARK genes are identified as modulators of the PTEN pathway, and thus are therapeutic targets for disorders associated with defective PTEN function. Methods for identifying modulators of PTEN, comprising screening for agents that modulate the activity of MARK are provided.
