  • Patent number: 11958457
Abstract: A military vehicle includes a passenger capsule having a front end and a rear end, a front module coupled to the front end of the passenger capsule, a rear module coupled to the rear end of the passenger capsule, a generator, and an export power kit. The front module includes a front subframe, a prime mover, a front axle assembly, and a front differential coupled to the front axle assembly. The rear module includes a rear subframe, a rear axle assembly, and a transaxle coupled to the rear axle assembly, the prime mover, and the front differential. The generator is configured to be driven by the prime mover to generate electricity. The export power kit is coupled to the generator and configured to facilitate exporting power off of the military vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11747352
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and compositions which may be used in human cytochrome P450 (CYP450) enzyme phenotyping. The methods and compositions typically utilize substrate for CYP3A5 comprising eplerenone which may be administered orally to a subject. Subsequently, metabolites of eplereone may be detected in the subject's saliva as well as any non- metabolized eplerenone to calculate a metabolic ratio for CYP3A5 enzyme in order to generate a phenytopic CYP3A5 enzyme profile for the subject.

  • Publication number: 20210139945
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and compositions which may be used in human cytochrome P450 (CYP450) enzyme phenotyping. The methods and compositions typically utilize a mélange of substrates for different CYP450 enzymes which may be administered orally to a patient. Subsequently, the metabolites of the substrates may be detected in the patient's saliva as well as any non-metabolized substrates to calculate a metabolic ratio for any given CYP450 enzyme in order to generate a phenytopic CYP450 enzyme profile for the patient.

  • Patent number: 10012483
Abstract: A sheet material characterized by an ability to capture and retain generally-spherical firearm-discharged pellets when struck thereby. The sheet material basically comprises a forward strike face, a rearward back face, and an embedment region therebetween. The strike face is penetrable by the pellets, and the sheet material has a structure adapted to disperse kinetic energy in the pellets upon penetration to cause the pellets to embed within the embedment region without exiting the rearward back face. The sheet material may advantageously be deployed as a curtain at a firearm shooting range in a selected disposition to capture and retain firearm-discharged pellets, thereby to abate environmental contamination from pellets collecting on the grounds of shooting ranges.
