Abstract: The present invention relates to a venting baby bottle that includes an outer container, and an inner container, adapted to fit within the outer container, wherein the inner container has a base, a neck, and a vent tube projecting upwardly into the inner container. The baby bottle of the present invention also includes a gasket having a gasket base adapted to fit the neck of the inner container, one or more gasket channels, and a gasket lip. A reservoir is defined between the wall of the outer container, the gasket lip, and the gasket base. The venting baby bottle of the present invention has an air passage, when inverted and filled with liquid, from a point outside the baby bottle to a point inside the inner container.

The present invention includes an adjustable means for adjusting the guard to fit the width of the frame, wherein the adjustable means has a first end and a second end to form an axis along which the means can be adjusted. The invention further includes an attachment means for securing the guard to the frame; and a securing means for securing the adjustable means to the attachment means. The securing means prevents the adjustable means from disengaging from the attachment means along the axis when in a locked position, and allows disengagement and reengagement of the adjustable means in direction that transects the axis when the securing means is in an unlocked position. Abstract: A flask has a body, base, mouth, and one or more indicia to enable preparation of beverages with a desired temperature. Specific embodiments include the preparation of baby formula and tea. The one or more indicia can show one or more levels, quantities, or both. A level or quantity contained within the flask has a proper percentage of liquid, as calculated and so embedded as a feature into the flask, while the corresponding indicium on the flask for the level or quantity shows the total amount of liquid needed, so that the preparation of temperature sensitive beverage with a desired temperature will be convenient and quick. In another aspect, a method for preparing a temperature sensitive beverage fills a flask up to a volume shown by one or more indicia, heats the liquid in the flask, and combines the heated liquid with unheated liquid to attain a beverage with a desired final volume and a desired final temperature.

Abstract: A relatively thin, rectangular shaped device with a semi-circle attachment ring. The device contains a slot in its face, which slot narrows as it reaches the center of the rectangle so that when it engages the valve stem of a cut-check valve, the valve is deformed without damage a sufficient degree so that the cut-check valve is unseated, allowing air to pass either way through the cut-check valve. The attachment ring can be secured to the product being deflated for storage and future use.

Abstract: A holder for keys and the like comprising a pair of plates which are disposed in laterally slidable abutting relation and which have ring portions which define normally aligned openings on the plates. Passages which extend through generally longitudinal sides of the ring portions are normally aligned with and blocked by the ring portions of the opposite plates. The plates are relatively slidable to move the passages outwardly relative to the opposite plates so that the terminal ends of the ring portions adjacent the passages are accessible to receive a key or the like whereupon the key may be secured on the holder by sliding it between the two overlapping ring portions to the opposite end of the ring portion on which the key is mounted, and then returning the plates to their normal aligned positions.

Abstract: A holder for keys and the like comprising a pair of plates which are disposed in abutting relation and which have aligned openings therethrough. The openings are defined by peripheral bars on the plates which have passages therethrough which are normally disposed in nonaligned relation. The plates are slidable relative to each other to move the passages into registry so that a key or the like may be positioned on the bars. The plates are thereafter returnable to their normal positions to secure the key on the holder.

Abstract: A closure device for the tubular stem of an inflated balloon, including a pair of legs which are hingedly interconnected for movement from an open to a closed position wherein they are in substantially parallel spaced relation. Closure members on the legs extend towards the opposite respective legs and include shoulder portions which interlock when the device is in said closed position to define a tortuous path through which a balloon stem extends and is clamped to effect the sealing thereof. Retaining members which are preferably similar in configuration to the closure members are provided to retain the device in its closed position.
