Abstract: Various implementations relate to methods, systems and computer readable media to provide body tracking from monocular video. According to one aspect, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining a video including a set of video frames depicting movement of a human subject; extracting 2D images of the human subject from the video frames; providing the 2D images as input to a pre-trained neural network model. The method further includes determining a pose of the subject based on the 2D images. The method further includes generating a 3D pose estimation of upper body joint positions of the human subject. The method further includes determining confidence scores, and selecting a set of keypoints of the upper body joints of the human subject based on the confidence scores. The method further includes animating a 3D avatar using at least the selected set of keypoints, and displaying the animated 3D avatar in a user interface.

A single length of wire has a first bend and a second bend, which first and second bend divide the single length of wire into first, second and third wire portions. The first, second and third wire portions engage an external thread and are measured using a micrometer or other measuring device. Alternatively, the first, second and third wire portions are supported by a mounting block.

Abstract: A bed frame that can be assembled without the use of additional tools. The bed frame generally comprises a pair of spaced side rails, retainer brackets secured to each side rail, and cross support members extending between the side rails. Each retainer bracket has a base section for supporting one of the cross support members and an aperture extending through the base section. The apertures are aligned with threaded bores in the cross support members so that threaded portions of respective leg assemblies may be inserted through the apertures and used to secure the cross support members to the corresponding retainer brackets.

The shank has a shank axis and is attached to a body. The body has a lower side from which depends a reference point. The reference point defines a measurement plane perpendicular to the shank axis. A first gauge having a spaced-apart relation to the reference point has a range of measurement that intersects the measurement plane. The range of measurement falls on a measurement axis parallel to the shank axis.

Abstract: This invention is an annular or garter spring having a welded overlapping region. In this invention, the end tips of a straight spring fit within the spaces between coils at the opposite end of the spring. This result is reached by first hooking an end tip of the spring through the first whole coil at the opposite end of the spring, then placing the opposing end tip between the first and second full coils of the first side of the spring. The coils at the ends of the spring are then clamped to so that each end tip aligns alongside the first full coil of the opposite end of the spring. When that position is reached, the spring will form a virtually perfect ring, and the intertwined coils may be welded together to maintain the garter spring shape.
