    Abstract: An exercising device includes a planar base member having one face finished as a piece of furniture. Two outwardly extending legs are secured to the other face of the base member. The legs include support members which serve as handles when the device is being used as exercising equipment and as feet members when the device is being used as a piece of furniture. The device can be converted between uses simply by inverting the planar base member.
