The structure also includes a first electric actuator controlling pivoting of the arm about the first axis, a second electric actuator controlling pivoting of the forearm about the second axis, and a third electric actuator mounted directly on one of the base and the arm for controlling pivoting of one of the connecting rods relative to the plates about the axes that are perpendicular to the first and second axes.

    Abstract: A process for assembling and an epicyclic reduction gear comprising a plurality of planets provided with outer toothings moveable rotatable about a shaft which are engaged with the toothings of, at least one adjacent gear ring. The shaft of the planets is mounted on a planet-holder so that it is adapted to move with respect to said planet-holder both radially and angularly in a plane perpendicular to the principal shaft of the reduction gear.     Abstract: An assembly for controlling the reciprocating movement of the upper and lower frames of a shed-forming device of a weaving loom wherein on the chassis on either side of the shed-forming device two cams are provided which are each in engagement with the end of an offset lever fitted on a shaft to which is connected a balance beam. The ends of the balance beam are connected to the first ends of two connecting rods which have their other ends articulated to first and second rocking levers. The first rocking lever is split having oppositely oriented spaced arms which are separated by the second rocking lever. The first rocking lever is fitted on a pin pivoting in a bearing on the chassis. The second rocking lever is mounted to rotate about the pin of the first rocking lever and the first and second rocking levers are connected to the upper and lower frames by short and long articulated levers.

    Abstract: A yarn carrier structure upon which yarn is wound to form a yarn package includes an axially extended body having a cylindrical exterior surface formed about an axis and a through opening having at least first and second opposed surfaces for engagement by the fingers of a yarn package manipulating machine. Yarn entry ports are provided at one end of the yarn carrier structure and lead to internal passages for accepting and accommodating the leading and transfer tails of the yarn wound upon the yarn carrier structure. First and second slots are provided in the yarn carrier structure to facilitate mounting of the carrier on a utilizing machine. The position of the engagement and mounting surfaces relative to the yarn entry ports are known to provide a yarn carrier structure well suited for automatic machine manipulation.
