Additionally, the light-blocker apparatus may include an attachment feature, defined at a base of the support element, that connects the support element to the eyecup such that, when the support element is attached to the eyecup, the support element moves in conjunction with the eyecup. The light-blocker apparatus may also include an interface extending from the support element and may be dimensioned to interface with an eye area of a user's face to reduce light entering the eyecup from outside of the head-mounted display when worn by a user.
