    Abstract: A process for producing monobasic potassium phosphate is provided wherein a reaction mixture of phosphoric acid is combined with potassium hydroxide. The resulting product is cooled to allow crystallization of the product. The product is homogenized and spray dried, resulting in a pure free flowing powder of monobasic potassium phosphate (MKP).
