  • Publication number: 20050178826
Abstract: A property security system and method therefor assigns a property code uniquely associated with each property owning member. The property marker code includes an abbreviation for the state of residence of the property owner, a first numerical code identifying the county in which the member, or property owner, resides or is located, and a second numerical code identifying the township of the owner's residence or location. The township is divided into one mile square portions, with each one mile square portion further divided into quadrants to identify the owner's residence/location to within a 160 acre area. This coded indicia further includes an individual member number for each owner in the property security system. Another embodiment envisions using the security system for marking and identifying individual animals such as used in business with appropriate owner and animal identification and location indicia for identifying/locating the owner of lost, missing or sick animals.

  • Publication number: 20050180601
Abstract: An animal identification and security system and method assigns an identifying code uniquely associated with each system member and each animal owned by the member. An identification code imprinted on a marker attached to the animal includes information uniquely identifying the animal's owner including a two letter abbreviation of the state of residence, a numerical identifier of the county of residence, and an assigned number designating the owner's ranch/farm within the indicated county. The identification code further includes a letter designation of the type of animal and the individual animal's number within the owner's herd/flock, as well as a two letter designation of the animal's country of origin. The identifying codes are maintained in a computerized system at a central location for dissemination on a global information network for facilitating the return of lost or stolen animals to the rightful owner and to indicate the origin of all registered animals.

  • Patent number: 6745455
Abstract: A machining apparatus has a lower housing part, an upper housing part having a lower side, and a plurality of support posts fixed to the upper and lower parts and holding the upper part fixedly at a spacing above the lower part. A tool holder displaceable parallel to a horizontal tool axis on the lower side of the upper housing part carries a chuck rotatable about the tool axis and can hold a machining tool. A supply station on the lower part offset horizontally perpendicular to the tool axis from the tool holder is can hold a plurality of the workpieces. A cross slide connected between the upper housing part and a workpiece chuck displaces the workpiece chuck in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the tool axis and in a vertical direction to displace a workpiece between the station and a position aligned on the tool axis with the tool chuck.

  • Patent number: 6332386
Abstract: A transmission mechanism for spindle head of five-axis machine tool comprises three axes which are driven simultaneously. The transmission mechanism comprises a spindle transmission unit, a B-axis transmission unit and a C-axis transmission unit, and each transmission unit has a motor such that the rotary speed of the spindle is controlled by the two-speed change gear at top side thereof. The cutting unit below the spindle is driven by the spindle for processing. The transmission mechanism has knife replacing unit and blower to blow off dust when replacing knife. The B-axis transmission unit provides 115 degree swing through a gear set and a worm wheel. The C-axis transmission unit provides the dividing head with 360 degree rotation. Therefore, the B-axis transmission unit and the C-axis transmission unit provide the spindle with omni-directional rotation to process irregular curved surface.
