In particular, the present disclosure provides methods and compositions for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of neurodegenerative proteinopathies, and in particular those associated with accumulation of ?-synuclein. The present disclosure specifically provides methods and compositions for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of Parkinson's disease.
