  • Publication number: 20210390642
Abstract: This document describes methods and systems for delivering digital services to nodes of a distributed network. To do this, an edge server that is communicatively connected to a communication network receives, from a consumer node, a service request for a first requested digital service. The edge server (acting as a digital resource broker) also will receive, from each a plurality of service provider nodes, an identification of one or more digital service element capabilities that the service provider node is able to provide. The digital resource broker will identify a set of service provider nodes who have identified digital service element capabilities that are components of the requested digital service. The digital resource broker will create a channel that includes the set of service provider nodes and, for each node, its identified capabilities that are components of the requested service.

  • Patent number: 11200211
Abstract: When a local server that is connected to a wireless local area network (WLAN) receives a service request from a first electronic device, the server identifies a resource to provide one or more elements of the service. The server assigns the resource to provide the service element(s). The local server also selects one or more mutual distributed ledgers (MDLs) having parameters that correspond to the service request. The local server generates and transmits, to a gateway server, a transaction record having a format that corresponds to the selected MDL. This enables the local server to facilitate the delivery of services such as spectrum sharing, content streaming, and the like using WLAN-connected devices to facilitate delivery of the service. It also enables the gateway server to update each selected MDL with a transaction ledger that follows each selected MDL's format.

  • Patent number: 5469711
Abstract: A cryogenic package provides a cryogenic environment for devices that require temperatures of 150 K or below, with uniform cooling and minimal thermal stress. A cryocooler produces cold gas on a closed loop, and the gas is distributed in the chamber of a cryogenic vessel. The device housed in the chamber is bathed in a continuous flow of the gas. The warmed gas is returned to the cryogenic cooler.

  • Patent number: 4874910
Abstract: A vacuum feedthrough includes a metal case having elongated, closely spaced, parallel sidewalls and short, conjoining endwalls with a plurality of leads extending through the case open interior; the leads being arranged in closely spaced, parallel, side-by-side relation to and equi-distant between the sidewalls. A hermetic glass seal is created in the case interior in bonded relation with the plural leads and the case walls.
