Storing the entered item of information in the database to provide a stored item of information, selecting a second form, determining whether the information location of the second selected form corresponds to the information location of first selected form and retrieving the stored item of information to provide a retrieved item of information in accordance with the determining are also included. The retrieved item of information is entered into the information location of the second form to provide a populated form.

Abstract: A closure for dispensing pills, capsules and the like includes a one-way valve member with a valved passage for opening to permit dispensing from the container when the container is in an active dispensing orientation, and for closing to prevent access to the interior of the container when the container is in an inactive non-dispensing orientation. A rotary system includes an upper cap member and a bottom member bridging the valve member, and the upper cap member has an egress passage located above the valved passage in the one-way valve member. The bottom member is keyed to rotate as a single unit with the upper cap member and includes a laterally projecting section aligned with the egress passage in the upper cap member for overlying the bottom of the valved passage in the one-way valve member when the egress passage of the upper cap member is aligned with the valved passage.

Abstract: A van platform including a housing for installation upon the floor of a van or truck. The housing includes a first floor located over the van floor to define a storage space therebelow, in which space a ramp is located. The ramp is arranged to be moved out of its retracted position in the housing space to an extended, inclined ramp-functioning position. The ramp includes rollers to facilitate movement of the ramp to the extended position. Upwardly inclined blocks are located within the housing and each includes an indentation for the reception of an associated roller as the ramp reaches a desired position adjacent the top surface of the first floor. The housing includes first locking means to lock the rollers within the associated indentations when the ramp is extended and second means for locking the ramp within the retracted position. The second means is in the form of a releasable handle which is also used to effect the extension of the ramp out of the housing.

Abstract: A van platform housing for installation upon a first floor, such as in a van or a truck; the housing including a special floor to be positioned in spaced relationship to a first floor to define a space, a ramp which is held in the space but adapted to be moved out of the space to an extended, inclined, ramp functioning position, rollers secured to the ramp to facilitate movement of the ramp to and from the extended position, upwardly inclined edges located within the space between the floors, the inclined edges including indents for reception of the rollers as the ramp reaches a desired extended position with the outer edge of the ramp being so placed that ramp inclines downwardly and outwardly.
