    Abstract: An installation tool is provided for producing a threaded hole and deploying an anchoring device into the threaded hole, while retaining control over associated sutures. The tool comprises a handle, a longitudinally-extending shaft removably engaged with the handle, an anchor removably engaged with the shaft, at least one suture threaded through the anchor and engaged with the handle, and a tap sleeve removably engaged with the shaft and which accommodates the anchor, at least a portion of the shaft, and at least a portion of the at least one suture.
