Abstract: A carrier comprises a lifting assembly and a box assembly. The lifting assembly defines at least one platform surface and at least one shoulder portion. The box assembly defines at least one intermediate slot. The at least one intermediate slots receives a portion of the main member such that the at least one shoulder portion engages at least a portion of the box assembly to transfer downward loads on the box assembly to the lifting assembly.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for selling solar roofs. The method includes the steps of estimating an internal cost of a roof and of a solar system disposed over the roof and apportioning at least some of the costs between the roof and solar system. The method further includes the steps of adding a profit to the apportioned cost of the solar system to provide a solar project estimate, adding the solar project estimate to the apportioned roof cost to provide a project estimate and calculating a return cash flow over a predetermined time period from the project estimate of the roof and solar system. The method also includes the step of determining a dollar value that a competitor would be required to charge for a competitive roof alone to achieve a comparable return cash flow over the predetermined time period.

Abstract: A material composed primarily of coffee grounds, along with other commercial and industrial waste materials, in which the materials are uniformly pulverized, skillfully measured and combined to form a homogeneous particulate waste mixture. The composition is alternately turned and rested in a windrow or like apparatus for several months until natural aerobic thermophilic fermentation causes the material composition to have an overall pH level of 5.0 to 7.0 (with an optimum of 6.0), for the purpose of making the minerals latent in the material composition soluble, conducive to healthy plant life, and therefore useable as a plant growth medium.
