A right hand drive grip and a left hand drive grip are secured in spaced relation to opposite ends of the core. A right hand offset is mounted adjacent the right hand drive grip and a left hand offset is mounted adjacent the left hand drive grip for providing hand clearance for a user. The core is telescopically expandable and accommodates various size paddle shafts for propelling different watercraft.
