    Abstract: Shallow Trench Isolation (STI) chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) polishing compositions, methods and systems of use therefore are provided. The CMP polishing composition comprises abrasives of ceria coated inorganic oxide particles, such as ceria-coated silica; and dual chemical additives for providing the tunable oxide film removal rates and tunable SiN film removal rates; low oxide trench dishing, and high oxide: SiN selectivity. Dual chemical additives comprise at least one silicone-containing compound comprising at least one of (1) ethylene oxide and propylene oxide (EO-PO) group, and at least one of substituted ethylene diamine group on the same molecule; and (2) at least one non-ionic organic molecule having at least two, preferably at least four hydroxyl functional groups.

    Abstract: Amorphous solid dispersions and pharmaceutical compositions of the protein kinase inhibitor nilotinib. The pharmaceutical compositions may be used in methods of treating a proliferative disorder such as cancer. In particular, the present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical composition in the form of an orally disintegrating tablet. In some embodiments, the pharmaceutical compositions can be administered without regard to food consumption. In other embodiments, the pharmaceutical compositions can be administered at a significantly lower dose as compared to a commercially available immediate-release nilotinib formulation, while providing a comparable therapeutic effect. The disclosure further provides a discriminating in vitro dissolution characterization method.

    Abstract: A disclosed method defines root cause failure categories for a test case and associates each category with a corresponding test configuration property. Test configuration property information, indicative of the test configuration properties, are embedded in test case metadata. After generating test results, including test script messages, the test script messages assessed to identify the ā€œNā€ most significant keywords in the message. The significance of a term in the test script message may be calculated based on an inverse document frequent parameter, independent of the term frequency within the document. Test result groups may then be determined by invoking a suitable clustering algorithm, e.g., a k-means clustering algorithm, to cluster the test script messages based on their corresponding keyword sets. Hypothesis test statistics may then be calculated for each test result group. A most probable root cause may then be identified for some or all of the test result groups.
