  • Patent number: 11997753
Abstract: Electronic subscriber identity modules (eSIM) can be more susceptible to hackers and more vulnerable than physical subscriber identity modules. The current disclosure discusses systems and methods to facilitate eSIM security by utilizing a management software application (MSA) hosted on a mobile device. This MSA can cross-reference eSIM registration data with mobile device signature data to determine if the correct user identity is associated with mobile device prior to an eSIM being issued to the mobile device. Additionally, various degrees of data flagging can be utilized to allow an end user to properly address an indication of mobile device vulnerability.

  • Publication number: 20240163640
Abstract: Determining and using elevation of a user device can include generating router location data that comprises an identifier that identifies a router that is located at a geographic location and data that specifies an elevation at which the router is located at the geographic location and detecting an elevation data request. The elevation data request can identify the router and can be associated with a user device. The router location data can be queried to determine the elevation at which the router is located. Based on the elevation at which the router is located, elevation data can be generated. The elevation data can indicate the elevation at which the router is located and the elevation data can be sent to the user device.

  • Publication number: 20240137957
Abstract: Offloading of data associated with vehicles can be managed. An offloader management component (OMC) associated with a backend server can predict a second location of a vehicle at a second time based on analyzing condition data indicative of a condition associated with the vehicle at a first time, prior to the second time, and location data indicative of a first location of the vehicle at the first time. Based on the predicting, and prior to the second time, OMC can instruct network equipment to authenticate a device associated with the vehicle and schedule a group of resources for use by the device at the second time. Based on the group of resources, the network equipment is able to provide a data communication service to the device at the second location to enable receipt of data by the backend server from the device via the network equipment.
