  • Publication number: 20240117960
Abstract: A conductive mounting structure for a lighting lamp. The lighting lamp comprises a first assembly (1) connected to a power supply and a second assembly (2) having a light source; the first assembly (1) comprises a first mounting member (11), and the second assembly (2) comprises a second mounting member (21). The first assembly (1) and the second assembly (2) are connected by using a connection structure. The connection structure comprises a contact (3), and a conductive component (4) conducted after being in contact with the contact (3), the contact (3) and the conductive component (4) are respectively provided on the first mounting member (11) and the second mounting member (21), and the contact (3) is in contact with the conductive component (4) after the first assembly (1) and the second assembly (2) are assembled and combined.

  • Publication number: 20060008464
Abstract: A conjugate of a histone moiety covalently attached to a macromolecule-of-interest, in which the histone moiety is transportable through the cell membrane and importable into the cell nuclei, is disclosed. Further disclosed are chemical and recombinant methods of preparing such a conjugate, pharmaceutical compositions containing same and uses thereof for delivering therapeutically active macromolecules into cells. A novel method for quantitatively determining a cytoplasmic uptake and/or a nuclear uptake of a moiety into cells is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20040248134
Abstract: A method of covalently attaching a pre-existing nucleic acid to a metal surface or a metal cluster is disclosed. The method comprises chemically modifying the pre-existing nucleic acid, so as to obtain a functionallized pre-existing nucleic acid having a side chain terminating with a functional group, which side chain is covalently linked to a purine or pyrimidine base of the pre-existing nucleic acid, and covalently attaching the functionallized pre-existing nucleic acid to a metal surface or a metal cluster, via the functional groups. A method of preparing a thin and flat gold film is further disclosed.
