  • Publication number: 20240147153
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed for audio equalization based on variant selection. An example apparatus to equalize audio includes at least one memory, machine readable instructions, and processor circuity to at least one of instantiate or execute the machine readable instructions to train a neural network model to apply a first audio equalization profile to first audio associated with a first variant of media, and apply a second audio equalization profile to second audio associated with a second variant of media. The processor circuitry is to at least one of instantiate or execute the machine readable instructions to at least one of dispatch or execute the neural network model.

  • Patent number: 9411104
Abstract: An apparatus having a first waveguide, a second waveguide, a third waveguide, a fourth waveguide, and a fifth waveguide is described. A symmetric coupler has a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the symmetric coupler is coupled to and in optical communication with the first waveguide and the second waveguide. The distal end of the symmetric coupler is coupled to and in optical communication with the fourth waveguide. An asymmetric coupler has a proximal end and a distal end. The asymmetric coupler is in a cascaded configuration with the symmetric coupler. The cascaded configuration has the proximal end of the asymmetric coupler coupled to and in optical communication with the fourth waveguide and the third waveguide. The distal end of the asymmetric coupler is coupled to and in optical communication with the fifth waveguide.

  • Patent number: 8362431
Abstract: An embodiment of a method of performing thermoreflectance measurements with an imaging system comprises: reflecting radiation from a number of points in a sample in response to an illuminating radiation while a temperature modulation is applied to the sample; acquiring digital images of the reflected radiation after the reflected radiation passes through an aperture; and deriving a map of relative reflectivity of the sample based on the digital images. At least a portion of the illuminating radiation passes through at least a portion of the sample and is reflected at a change refractive index interface.
