  • Patent number: 11972277
Abstract: A method for ascertaining an emotional goal includes receiving, via an emotionally responsive computerized system having a user interface communicatively coupled to a networked user device including a processor device, user-input concerning a purpose of a user's interaction with a software interface. It can include registering input indicating a target person to whom the purpose of the user's interaction pertains and prompting the user to provide a root motivator comprising a root emotion or a root reason for the interaction. Some variations include generating a user-perceptible output and a set of user interface elements dependent on the root motivator along with obtaining the user's specific emotional goal with respect to the target person on the basis of user-inputs in response to a presentation of a sequence of user interface elements, to provide the user, via the software interface, a recommendation regarding a fulfillment of the specific emotional goal.

  • Publication number: 20230034191
Abstract: A trigger restriction device for use with a conducted energy device (CED) with a trigger well opening having two opposing sides. The trigger restriction device has a blocking member, an optional top member connected to a top of the blocking member and oriented non-parallel to the blocking member, and a non-blocking member connected to at least one of the blocking member and the top member the non-blocking member facilitating one possible means of trigger restriction attachment to the CED. The trigger restriction device is shaped and designed so when the trigger restriction device is attached to a CED, the blocking member blocks access to the trigger well on one side of the CED while the non-blocking member allows access to the trigger well on an opposing side of the CED.

  • Publication number: 20210240940
Abstract: A system for interacting with a user includes a processor operatively coupled to a storage device having a data structure defining an odyssey map recorded therein. The data structure includes a plurality of different node types, each node being associated with an indication of node type, and further includes a route defined in terms of an ordered sequence of nodes including a current node, a through node, and a next node. In the embodiment, the traversal of the route by a user interacting with the plurality of nodes concludes with a presentation of a recommendation to the user. The data structure further includes instructions for presenting contents of a node via a human interface device.

  • Publication number: 20200334726
Abstract: A method for generating a gift product involves receiving a plurality of user inputs representative of factors affecting product selection, generating a product name, generating a product description, generating at least one product customization recommendation and generating at least one expenditure recommendation. It can also include communicating each of the product name, the product description, at least one product customization recommendation, and at least one expenditure recommendation to the user as well as receiving a user selection for each of a product customization and an expenditure amount. The method may also include generating a set of instructions for creating the gift product.

  • Publication number: 20060011312
Abstract: A garage door is connected to a track extending from a front wall of the garage to a sidewall within the garage. The garage door is horizontally moveable along the track, such as with a chain-driven mechanism, from a generally closed position within the garage vehicle entrance of the garage to a generally open position away from the garage vehicle entrance and disposed adjacent to a sidewall of the garage. A second horizontally moving garage door may be used in conjunction with the first garage door to cooperatively close the garage vehicle entrance.
